Keith has been active in the Louisville Real Estate market since the mid 1970s, starting as a laborer/foreman for his father, Richard Eberenz, in the residential market building new homes. A Registered Builder with the Home Builders Association of Louisville since 1978, he served as an Officer, State and National Director for many years and as President of the Association in 1993. He has built more than 350 housing units, going into Commercial Real Estate Construction and Development in the late ‘90s. He was born in Louisville in 1955 and engages in boating and sport fishing in South Florida and the Bahamas in his spare time. Currently River Glen Properties LLC engages primarily in income producing Commercial Real Estate and Development, owning and managing approximately 400,000 sq feet of space, while continuing to build and develop new properties as well. Jennifer graduated from Georgetown College with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and has her Real Estate license. Jennifer is originally from Cynthiana, Kentucky and moved to Louisville 11 years ago. Keith Eberenz is the Founder and Chairman of the River Glen family of Construction, Development, and Real Estate companies.
Jennifer Holden is the Chief Operating Officer for River Glen and has been with the company for over 8 years. She is the General Contractor for the residential division. Her responsibilities include plan review and specifications, job site scheduling and management, marketing and sales of the custom homes for River Glen. Jennifer is also the Property Manager for the commercial division. She is responsible for negotiating sales and leasing, assist with space planning, scheduling construction, renovation, and maintenance. Jennifer also serves as Principal Broker for River Glen Realty LLC.
