Gary Thieneman is a native of Louisville KY, with a long history in the construction industry.  He and his wife Sarah have been married for over 27 years.  Gary serves as an Elder at his Church and enjoys fishing, gardening and time with family.

Gary began his career in construction building his first home at the age of 19.  He is a second generation builder, following his father Clint Thieneman.  After building a number of homes, Gary turned his focus to plumbing during a period of recession and high interest rates in the early 1980’s.  Gary went on to spend over 36 years in the plumbing industry, where he found success, ultimately as co-owner of the largest plumbing company in Kentucky, the original company he began working with.  Gary still holds Master Plumbing licenses in Kentucky and Indiana.  Additionally, for years Gary taught plumbing classes to home builders for the Louisville Building Industry Association and KAPHCC, a Kentucky trade organization for the industry of Plumbing and HVAC.  Gary has extensive knowledge in construction management, both on site and office and structural integration of mechnical systems.

In 2009 Gary partnered with Keith Eberenz to develop Landis Springs and The Reserve of Landis Springs.  In 2014 they started River Glen Homes LLC to construct custom built new homes.  2016 marked expansion into Commercial development and construction, starting a 30,000 sq ft Office/Warehouse project in Louisville.
